About The Position
Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Plant EHS Manager. This position is ONSITE M-F at our Arden, NC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance is available for candidates that live over 50 miles of Arden, NC. The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. This position provides environmental, health, safety and facility leadership to the site. Individual is accountable for directing EHS activities at site including establishing EHS objectives and targets, internal reporting of EHS performance, ensures plant level EHS programs, policies, procedures and systems are developed, implemented and sustained to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements and conformance with Eaton Corporation mandates. Position is also responsible to maintain site ISO/OSHAS certification along with maintaining the of strong EHS culture that engages employees throughout the site.
