About The Position
The Environmental Safety Coordinator works within the manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with facility environmental permits and all required safety programs. This role involves collaboration with operational leadership to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives and administering safety programs, including conducting OSHA safety training and advising safety committees in accident review processes. The coordinator is responsible for training employees in environmental compliance, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to various environmental regulations and permits.
