Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) are looking for an EHS Manager to provide EHS leadership to the site and to be accountable for directing EHS activities at the location. The role involves establishing EHS objectives and targets, internal reporting of EHS performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The EHS Manager will support the implementation and operation of the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental management system, including risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, internal and external auditing, lagging and leading metrics, training and development, and employee engagement. This position champions the safety culture at the site through coaching and influencing the leadership team to achieve compliance with external and internal standards, and leads continuous improvement in EHS through risk and environmental impact reduction to ensure compliance with regulatory, company standards, and best practices.
