About The Position
Join our dynamic Chromalloy team as the EHS Manager for our Chromalloy Georgia operations (Newnan and LaGrange, GA) and make a significant impact on our organization's safety culture. You will play a crucial role in coaching site operations leaders and driving the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee safe behaviors and eliminate hazards/unsafe conditions. Your expertise and leadership will shape a culture of environmental, health and safety excellence throughout our organization. The EHS Manager reports directly to Site Lead / General Manager, with matrix reporting to the EHS Vice President. This is an on-site role, with primary office in Newnan, GA and select days per week/on-call at LaGrange, GA. Core operating hours are Monday-Friday and the flexibility to respond during second and weekend shifts.
