Oversee Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs at multiple locations ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, standards, codes, and company policies. Manage or oversee the full integration of safety and environmental management into the facilities’ or locations’ operations. Work with local EHS and/or management to ensure the safety and environmental goals are met. Make recommendations to the management team with regard to program implementation and improvements. Actively engage in location leadership meetings and provide timely feedback regarding regulatory and safety topics; provide and/or receive input from across functional boundaries; understand organizational mesh points and potential synergies; and integrate team efforts across business segments and channels.
