About The Position

Arcadis is currently searching for a Geologist or Environmental Scientist Intern to join our team in Raleigh or Cary, NC during Summer 2026. Our projects take us across North America and come in all shapes and sizes, offering plenty of variety. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS Geology, Environmental Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide field and office support of site wide monitoring and investigation activities including soil, water, and vapor sample collection.
• Assist project teams supporting remediation system operation and permitted facilities.
• Engage in office work that may include task coordination, data compilation and interpretation, quality assurance/quality control reviews, cost estimates, health & safety plan preparation, report writing, regulatory file review, proposal support, project strategy development, scheduling and cost estimate preparation.
