PROtect, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to start a career as an Environmental Field Technician (Apprentice) supporting air quality, emissions monitoring, and environmental compliance in the oil and gas industry. This entry-level, paid training role is based onsite in Bellingham, WA. As an EMM Apprentice, you will receive hands-on, on-the-job training while working alongside experienced LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) Technicians. You’ll help monitor and reduce VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) and HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutant) emissions in accordance with EPA Method 21 and other environmental regulations using portable monitoring equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in environmental work, field technician roles, air quality, industrial safety, or hands-on technical careers. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment components within an industrial facility, identifying emissions leaks, calibrating monitoring equipment, collecting data, and reporting results accurately and on time.
