About The Position
As a key member of the LDAR team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including performing job duties onshore and/or offshore, utilizing a company vehicle and/or transportation by helicopter or boat. The position involves managing the field compliance of the LDAR program and safety program, acting as the MAQS representative for the client as the LDAR field manager, and ensuring field quality and improvement of the LDAR program. Responsibilities also include leading daily safety tailgate meetings, conducting safety assessments, managing daily assignments of personnel, and ensuring compliance with all required rules and regulations. The role requires effective communication, documentation of work, and participation in training for career development and safety.
