About The Position
The Environmental Engineering Technician 1 assigned to the Bureau of Air Quality Surveillance will serve as an integral part of the Laboratory Services Section and will be responsible for coordinating and documenting incoming and outgoing sample shipments and supplies, cleaning sampling canisters and exchanging liquid Nitrogen dewars, assisting with canister stability and certification studies, and assisting other laboratory personnel in day-to-day activities related to air monitoring. Some duties may require use of a ladder and lifting/moving of equipment up to 50lbs.
