Are you with us?!? Job Summary: Lead all compliance efforts associated with the Title V air permit including equipment design and selection. Work with production to maintain full compliance with all environmental initiatives. Lead chemical reporting, and other permitting activities associated with site operation. WPDES and Laboratory compliance inspections and assist in all other environmental audits and inspections. Maintain WWTP certifications required for plant operations. Pursue Wastewater and Solid Waste certifications with the State. Assist in Management, coordination, and improvement of the environmental control, permitting and reporting efforts in air, chemical reporting, wastewater, solid waste, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations in a cost-effective manner. Assist in the Interpretation and dissemination of information regarding pending and developing legislation. Interface with regulatory agencies and local government officials on environmental matters, including releases, spills, and deviations.
