About The Position

Perform fieldwork in all weather conditions which may include drilling oversight for soil sampling and/or groundwater well installation, groundwater sampling, excavation oversight, operation and maintenance of remediation systems, and vapor intrusion/soil gas surveys Coordination, management, reduction, and evaluation of field and analytical data as a key part in the preparation of technical deliverables Assist Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs (APMs) with planning environmental investigation and remediation tasks Exhibit ownership of delegated tasks, including responsibility for coordination and delivery of on-schedule and on-budget tasks Office work may include task coordination, technical reports, data compilation, analysis, and interpretation, cost estimates, health & safety plan preparation, report writing, regulatory file review, permitting activities, proposal writing, project specifications & strategy development, scheduling, and cost estimating. Environmental remediation design tasks, including soil and groundwater remedial system and in-situ technology treatment design and assessment Interpretation and evaluation of field and analytical data to prepare engineering designs, permit applications, and construction-related documents Responsibilities will include a combination of field and office related tasks and will include travel and field work.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or closely related field)
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and appropriate annual refresher certifications
  • Power BI experience
  • 1 year experience

Nice To Haves

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
