About The Position

The Environmental Program Manager will support various environmental programs related to federal and state regulations, including RCRA, CAA, CWA, and EPCRA. The role involves assisting with environmental reporting and supporting the ISO 14001 program, while managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic operations environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in one or more of the skills: environmental program management, environmental reporting, environmental audits.
• Ability to project and program manage multiple simultaneous initiatives and efforts.
• Ability to work in a multiple discipline operations environment and provide environmental and safety coverage during 24/7 operations.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years experience in an environmental position in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with ESH management system elements, such as ISO 14001/45001.
• Ability to learn and make effective decisions, solve issues and influence ESH cultural improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with environmental reporting and other departmental tasks.
