AECOM is seeking an Environmental Documentation Analyst to be based in New York, NY. The role involves preparing and completing affidavits or similar documentation as required under internal and regulatory guidelines, reviewing environmental reports and related documentation to extract relevant information and ensure compliance with internal standards, and retrieving, organizing, and structuring documentation within SharePoint and other document management systems. The analyst will support quality control of documentation prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards, and submit completed and approved files to the appropriate external agency for exemption processing. The position also requires maintaining clear records of submissions, timelines, and outcomes to ensure accountability and compliance, collaborating with internal staff and third-party vendors to resolve document discrepancies, and communicating effectively with internal staff and external partners to clarify submission requirements. Additionally, the analyst will monitor and track document status and workflows, perform accurate data entry within asset management systems, and prepare summary reports and presentations on exemption statuses, timelines, or outstanding items as requested by management or project leads.
