Floyd|Snider is seeking an Environmental Data Scientist to join our collaborative Data Services team. We’re looking for someone who exemplifies our commitment to technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and client service. The key responsibilities will be to prepare chemistry data validation, but you’ll also support data processing, analysis, and visualization. The successful candidate will have an interest in finding creative data solutions that improve workflows and support project conclusions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with project teams on a wide range of tasks with varying goals. This role would have occasional opportunities to do field work that provides context for the environmental data you’ll later validate and report on. We’re an employee-owned environmental consulting firm offering strategy, science, and engineering solutions in the private and public sectors. Independently owned and operated since 1996, Floyd|Snider has consistently been recognized as one of the premier firms in the Northwest and a top place to work. We love it here because we don’t do cookie-cutter work; we work collaboratively on complex, fascinating projects. We strive to build a team that reflects the diversity of the community we work in and encourage those from traditionally underrepresented groups to apply. In furtherance of our culture, all qualified applicants will receive considerations without regard to race, national origin, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
