About The Position
As an Environmental Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for servicing customer accounts by managing customer inquiries regarding Arcwood services, including cost and proper documentation to ensure customer satisfaction. You will prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times. You will utilize your understanding of waste generator requirements to provide insights to customers and manage customer inquiries and questions regarding Arcwood services, associated costs and proper documentation requirements. Building sustainable relationships and establishing trust with customers through routine communication is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also review, revise and complete waste profile forms, develop and utilize basic chemical knowledge as it pertains to various waste types, and conduct profit and cost analysis on new and current business.
