About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency Environmental Consulting and Risk Management Internship Summer 2026 - Applications Accepted through December 1, 2025. MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that will provide students with real world business, and environmental risk management experience. Apply the concepts you've learned in the classroom through hands on project work and client interaction. You'll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. Requirements

  • Commitment to developing a career in environmental consulting.
  • Strong interest in the Environmental Risk Management Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar field of study required or equivalent industry experience.
  • Initiative to apply science and engineering principles to solve problems.
  • Rising Senior/4th year undergraduate student.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Attendance throughout the entire program period is required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assignments related to environmental consulting and risk management.
  • Engage in hands-on project work and client interaction.
  • Work directly with scientists and engineers to learn the basics of the service program.
  • Participate in national webinars to understand the industry and organization.
  • Build a professional network by working closely with managers, mentors, and other interns.
