About The Position

NEW HOURLY RATE : $12.69 Crandall Medical Center, a non-profit 176-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is hiring for Environmental Aides . Looking to start a career in the medical field? The Environmental Aide position is a great starting point and can lead to taking the Crandall Medical Center Nurse Aide Training class. The Environmental Aide position Matters as they are a back up of non direct care assistance to our STNAs. Environmental Aides assist in creating and maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for residents, which include but is not limited to: unoccupied bed making, changing bed linen, passing fresh linen, straightening up residents' rooms or other resident/care areas, discarding linens in designated areas, passing ice and water, and picking up trays, visiting with our residents, assisting with visitation and assisting at our temperature screening areas.
