About The Position

The Supervisor - EHS Planning role is responsible for planning and coordinating Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives across the regional operations. The position ensures compliance with safety standards, strengthens emergency response systems, and facilitates collaboration between subsidiaries, headquarters, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive proactive EHS management and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in EHS or EHS Planning Required

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to analyze safety data and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Preferred
  • Professional EHS certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, ISO 45001/14001 Auditor Certification) Preferred
  • Bilingual in Korea for HQ coordination Preferred
  • 6 - 9 years of experience in EHS or EHS Planning Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional EHS and safety plans, including key schedules and inspection programs
  • Manage safety monitoring activities and maintain integrated standard safety checklists
  • Plan and oversee self-assessments and cross-audits for each subsidiary, including unscheduled inspections as needed
  • Coordinate and track safety improvement initiatives, verifying implementation and outcomes
  • Maintain emergency response systems, processes, and contact networks, including emergency TFT support
  • Ensure smooth communication with headquarters and key customers on EHS matters
  • Support external liaison tasks and relations in EHS areas
  • Provide consolidated reporting and analysis on safety metrics and trends
  • Ensure consistent application of EHS policies and practices across the region
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training or awareness programs, if required
  • Other duties as assigned
