PURPOSE AND ROLE: The role is responsible for supporting the refinery and renewable facilities with environmental field work for waste, water, and air sampling to meet Federal, State, and local regulations and permits. The role will do inspection and mitigation of physical controls with stormwater, hazardous waste, and spill response as needed. The technician will work closely with environmental professionals, operations, and maintenance departments in performing safely the assigned responsibilities. Work typically is 75% of the time outside in the facility.
