Requirements

  • Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related major

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the review and improvement of safety training programs, recommending updates to increase engagement and retention, and helping incorporate interactive or multimedia elements
  • Supporting the EHS team with depot audits, including observing workstations, identifying ergonomic risks, and leveraging wearable devices and AI tools to propose improvements
  • Collaborating with depot leadership to implement practical, cost-effective ergonomic solutions
  • Evaluating depot operations for compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Assisting with data collection, reporting, and analysis related to safety metrics
  • Participating in daily EHS activities such as Gemba walks, safety training sessions, daily start-ups, and safety committees
