We are recruiting for an Environmental Health & Safety Intern who will be based at our Amesbury, MA, USA location.

Requirements

• Basic Environmental Health & Safety knowledge or experience preferred.
• Functions independently and is self-motivated.
• Works with minimum guidance and direction to accomplish departmental goals.
• Works well with others and is able to work collaboratively with teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, preferably advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Document, scan, organize, and file EHS records.
• Review, standardize, and edit EHS procedures and forms.
• Maintain rosters for PPE compliance and Training records.
• Develop training presentations.
• Maintain PPE inventory.
• Manage EHS software platform.
• Conduct EHS inspections.
• Support 5S initiatives.
• Upgrade the muster point system.
