About The Position
Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for experienced Wide Range Envelope Converter Operator to join our team! Position Summary: The Envelope Converter Operator operates the W & D Envelope Converter for Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS), observing the progress of the jobs being run in accordance with operating instructions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One to two years' relevant experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours
- Basic Math Skills
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, adjust, and repair Converter
- Ensure necessary tools and supplies are available before operation begins
- Verify work ticket and completes quality control sheets to ensure a quality and correct envelope
- Packs converted envelope tight & securely
- Monitor the Converter on a continuous basis to ensure consistent operation and quality of product
- Performs maintenance for the W & D Converter in accordance with the preventive maintenance program
- Cleans the workstation and keeps supplies replenished
