About The Position

The EVS Housekeeper position at Corona Regional Medical Center is a full-time role responsible for maintaining cleanliness in patient and non-patient care areas. The role involves following approved cleaning procedures, transporting waste, and operating cleaning equipment. This position reports to the Director of Environmental Services and plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience buffing, burnishing, stripping, and/or waxing floors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient and non-patient care areas according to the position schedule and approved cleaning procedures.
• Transport and secure trash, biohazardous waste, and soiled linen.
• Operate equipment for hard surface and carpet floor care.
