About The Position

Springwoods Behavioral Health, an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, provides acute inpatient treatment for adolescent, adult, and specialty program for women. The hospital also offers outpatient treatment. Our six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123-acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, which is held in perpetuity and cannot be developed from its natural state. Visit us online at: https://www.springwoodsbehavioral.com/ Position Summary:The Housekeeper is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk free environment within OSHA regulations. Requirements

Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.
Ability to read and follow direction.
Ability to work efficiently and according to schedule.
Ability to interact in a positive manner and communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor and other hospital employees.
Must have skill set to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Ability to work in behavioral health environment and observe the standards of care needed for patients.
High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in housekeeping duties, preferably in a health care facility.
