Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists manager in training staff on cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and products, floor care, project work, and equipment preparation and developing staff for advancement. May train and/or direct the work of Environmental Service Techs. Performs general cleaning, uses appropriate cleaning aids and pays close attention to detail cleaning. May operate light, medium and heavy equipment and organize supply maintenance. Secures and controls keys; dispenses and collects keys assigned to staff and reports lost keys or breakages. Locks and unlocks doors. Reports building maintenance issues to manager. Follows-up on customer complaints and attempts to resolve issues. Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the manager.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Three years related work experience.
