About The Position

The Entry Warehouse Team Member is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by safely moving, storing, and distributing materials and finished goods. This role ensures accurate allocation of warehouse locations, efficient material handling, and compliance with safety and quality standards to maintain smooth workflow across the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable and reliable, with maturity to safely operate equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to learn and utilize SAP or other inventory management systems.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging materials, components, and finished goods to and from production lines and designated warehouse storage areas.
• Load, unload, and distribute products throughout the plant according to schedules and operational requirements.
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks prior to operating material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and provide counts for materials handled.
• Understand warehouse configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient material flow.
• Accurately read and interpret production schedules and work orders.
• Safely and effectively perform all assigned duties to protect product quality and employee safety.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
