About The Position

Screens guests to ensure that they are following park entry policies and procedures. Responsible for aiding and assisting our guests daily and should strive to provide our guests with a safe, clean, fun and entertaining atmosphere when they visit the park. May be required to the patrol park property to assist guests and fellow staff with questions and relaying concerns to Security staff. Must maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. May require directing traffic in parking areas. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess good oral skills and be able to communicate with guests and other employees effectively.
Available to work overtime.
Available to work weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.
All job offers contingent on passing a criminal, drug, alcohol, and employment eligibility background check.
(Pre-employment drug test required.)
Must be able to walk and stand for up to eight hours a shift.
Requires continuous kneeling and bending.
Requires continuous reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck.
Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech

Responsibilities

Screen and greet guests and employees entering the park with the use of stationery and handheld screening devices.
Watch and maintain customer flow and enforce park policies such as appropriate attire, prohibited items, food and beverage restrictions, etc.
