This team member will operate automated blast system and hand held grit blast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint and dirt.
Transfers product using overhead cranes and forklifts.
Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required.
This team member will also cross-train to other general production duties.
Follows all safety rules and practices.
May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
Cleans and sweeps work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Operates overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Operates hand held blast system and automated blast equipment.
• Uses basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math.
• Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Proficiency in Sandblast
• Overhead crane experience
• Forklift experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
