About The Position

Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring an Entry Product Surface Prep (Sandblaster) at our Navasota plant. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy. The Sandblaster position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn't stray away from a challenge. This team member will operate automated blast system and hand held grit blast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint and dirt. Transfers product using overhead cranes and forklifts. Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required. This team member will also cross-train to other general production duties. Follows all safety rules and practices. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Cleans and sweeps work area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Operate hand held blast system and automated blast equipment.
• Use basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and have working knowledge of shop math.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain all required records.
• Proficiency in Sandblast.
• Overhead crane experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math.
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions.
