Requirements

• Good attendance and punctuality
• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical/drug screen
• Verifiable, stable work history
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math and the ability to read a tape measure
• Inspecting product
• Completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
• Practicing and maintaining great housekeeping
• Assisting with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
• Performing weekly clean-up functions including machine maintenance and area cleaning
• Other duties as required
