As a Welcome Call Coordinator, you'll be the essential first step in our clients’ journey to financial freedom. You'll conduct welcome calls, verify client information, and update records in our CRM (Logic) — all while creating a seamless, positive start to their experience with us. You’ll also handle live transfers from our sales team, ensuring that every new client feels supported and confident from day one.
