About The Position

Dewberry's Denver, CO office is currently seeking an Entry Level Water Resource Engineer to perform water resources and/or water/wastewater work. Individual will analyze hydrologic and hydraulic models and computations for floodplain mapping, storm water and watershed master planning, and stream restoration. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Water Resources or related field is required.
  • Some experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, or similar numerical models.
  • Proficiency in GIS software.
  • Knowledge of floodplain delineation, culvert and bridge hydraulics, and drainage design preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
