Requirements

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
EIT Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects (pipelines, treatment facilities, pumping facilities).
Exercise judgment on intricate details of projects and make preliminary selections of engineering alternatives.
Conduct fieldwork including site visits, construction inspections, sample collection, water quality analysis, asset inventory, and monitoring systems setup.
Support professional engineering services during construction (construction observation, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, permit closeouts).
Coordinate with manufacturer’s representatives and contractors.
Support asset management projects with data analytics, operational and organizational assessments, condition assessments, and performance evaluations.
Prepare reports, presentations, cost estimates, and participate in client meetings.
