About The Position
OnTrack Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Warehouse Associates in Flower Mound, TX. The positions are temp-to-hire, meaning that after a successful probationary period, there is potential for permanent employment. We offer weekly pay, ensuring that you receive your earnings promptly. We are currently hiring for all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with competitive pay rates ranging from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, depending on the shift you choose. As an Entry Level Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your primary duties will include picking and packing orders, scanning items, receiving products, and preparing boxes for shipment. You will also be involved in building pallets, which involves organizing items on a pallet to create a full load for shipping. Additionally, you will perform modem testing, kitting, and de-kitting, as well as testing phones to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check to be considered for this position.
