As an Entry Level Vehicle Service Specialist at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests on the road. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while performing essential preventative maintenance services on vehicles. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the automotive service industry, and no prior automotive experience is required. Through our award-winning training program, you will gain hands-on experience in various tasks, including changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers. All these tasks are part of our comprehensive 18-point safety check that guarantees the vehicles are in optimal condition for our customers. You will work collaboratively with a team to deliver fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests, all while enjoying a fun and dynamic work environment.
