CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Game CHAnger to join our Utilities Infrastructure Team at our Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required. Graduation date of August 2025 or December 2025 is highly preferred
  • EIT certification preferred
  • No prior engineering experience required-internships or cooperative learning a plus
  • Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
  • Passion for energy infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Passion for in office and field-based work assignments

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments in gas engineering, electric distribution, transmission, and substation design
  • Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that advance grid resiliency, storm hardening, and energy transition initiative
