This position is essential in ensuring effective communication with policyholders, claimants, agents, and other departments through both verbal and written correspondence. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering assigned source documents and interpreting and applying verbal and written instructions, manuals, and policies. Maintaining records and policy files according to established guidelines is also a key responsibility of this role. Additionally, the Unit Specialist will assist in developing reports and preparing requests for reports, as well as taking on other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere upon request.
