Requirements

• Outgoing and charismatic personality with a love for interacting with people.
• Passion for sales and a track record (or strong interest) in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Physical fitness to regularly lift and carry heavy items.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Availability on weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, identify their needs, and offer solutions that result in upselling and cross-selling our services.
• Work closely with your team to ensure efficient junk removal, recycling, and disposal while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
• Handle and load/unload items from the truck, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
