The Software Engineering Delivery Coordinator provides operational support to engineering leadership in leading teams “from X to Y by when.” In this role, you will maintain aggressive yet achievable delivery plans; organize teams’ daily work around delivery & operating plans; and ensure relevant information, questions, and decisions are escalated to appropriate leaders in a timely fashion. You will work towards the continuous improvement of the people, process, and technology behind CountySuite. In a world where technology is a commodity, there’s no shortage of IT professionals.   • Provide operational support to engineering leadership
  • Partner with product team to maintain aggressive yet achievable delivery plans
  • Ensure all work items move "from X to Y by when” and are delivered on time
  • Drive accountability by escalating opportunities & risks to appropriate leaders
  • Align team priorities according to delivery & operating plan needs
  • Organize quarterly releases to ensure timely delivery of stable builds
  • Facilitate intake & prioritization of work from product team
  • Own daily work of operating Kanban cadence
  • Route questions and decisions to appropriate leaders
  • Relentlessly pursue resolution and don’t allow matters to “slip through the cracks”
  • Monitor delivery risks and present plans of action to mitigate such risks
  • Maximize value delivered by eliminating bottlenecks & wasted time
  • Produce metrics & reporting on a recurring and ad-hoc basis
  • Plan proactively, but be prepared to respond reactively when appropriate
  • Collaborate with peers & leaders to mitigate risks & overcome obstacles
  • Participate in continuous improvement process, contributing both ideas & effort
  • Adopt a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude towards problem solving
  • Professional experience owning the delivery of complex software projects
  • Familiarity with various software development methodologies & patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to develop & implement process
  • Demonstrated ability staying organized in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Professional experience with the following tools: Azure DevOps, Git SCM, Freshdesk, Microsoft Office
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be necessary.
  • Travel may be required based on client needs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
