Requirements

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
  • Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
  • Willingness to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
  • Willingness to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
  • IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification is highly preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning services
  • Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration jobs, including demolition, drying, cleaning, and deodorization
  • Operate extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other tools
  • Document work performed using our digital job management system
  • Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance on the job
  • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
