Requirements

High school diploma (or GED)
Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
Willingness to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
Willingness to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification is highly preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning services
Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration jobs, including demolition, drying, cleaning, and deodorization
Operate extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other tools
Document work performed using our digital job management system
Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
Maintain a clean and professional appearance on the job
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
