About The Position

As an Entry Level Systems Engineer for the SLCM-N Program, you will provide technical coordination across all systems engineering activities to ensure alignment between system architecture, requirements, subsystem implementation, and program milestones. In this role, you will contribute to the definition, integration, and verification of system capabilities to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives while maintaining technical integrity and compliance with program standards. The Systems Engineer serves as a central integrator for system engineering, with responsibility for managing the system specification and system model, coordinating capability decomposition, overseeing requirement traceability, and ensuring alignment between software, hardware, integration, and test teams. This role requires close collaboration with Baseline Leads, Technical Leads, Product Owners, the Systems Architect, Chief Engineer, and DPMEs to deliver a cohesive, mission-ready capability. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
