The firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Surveyor who enjoys working outdoors. This role involves assisting with field work, including topographic and boundary surveys, land title surveys, and construction staking. Surveying is crucial for construction and civil engineering projects, involving measuring and mapping the environment to determine land boundaries, topography, and other essential features. The successful candidate will travel to job sites at different stages of construction and work in various terrains and weather conditions. The position includes provided PPE, a work boot reimbursement program, cell phone reimbursement options, fully paid training, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on experience by shadowing seasoned professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid drivers license with a clean MVR record
  • Ability to travel (quantity of travel will vary and be project dependent)
