About The Position

Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist (Supply Chain Management) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Repair Management Services – Government team is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS.) The RMS-G team is responsible for component repair, overhaul, warranty support and modifications across the C-17, Vertical Lift, Fighter, and Commercial Derivative Aircraft platforms. This position is to support the Vertical Lift team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines
  • Experience working both independently and in team environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with inventory management systems or database applications

Responsibilities

  • Responds to requests for quotes.
  • Responds to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity.
  • Repair, Overhaul, Warranty & Modification Order Management
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the repair/overhaul process including induction of repairable part through delivery to customer.
  • Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the movement of repair carcasses and material required to support repairs to and from authorized repair sources.
  • Track repair order performance to organization’s Key Performance Indicators and program specific targets
  • Responsibility for accurate record keeping of customer assets throughout the repair process
  • Provide functional Repair Management support and analysis to Programs and Supply Chain stakeholders.
