As an Entry-Level Special Education Specialist at Ally Behavior Centers, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to early learners with autism. This full-time position is centered around delivering high-quality therapy to children aged 18 months to 6 years, helping them improve their communication skills, social interactions, and academic readiness. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs), in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA, collecting and tracking data to monitor client progress, and maintaining open communication with families to ensure effective treatment. You will also assist in training families on how to implement treatment plans and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
