  • Use soldering irons, solder pots, and hand tools to perform work.
  • Assemble products to engineering specifications and drawings using tools provided.
  • Assemble parts and perform tasks such as potting, encapsulation, epoxy bonding, sanding, and cleaning.
  • Recommend solutions to assembly problems regarding fixtures and tools.
  • Assist other assemblers with questions related to the assembly of products.
  • Comfortable working with small electronic components.
  • Entry-level experience in soldering or hands-on work with electronic devices.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Familiarity with PCB and electronic assembly processes.
  • Experience with computer repair.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes.
