We are seeking entry level candidates to come join our software engineering team at BAE Systems in southern New Hampshire in the spring/summer of 2026. Here, you'll work alongside some of the brightest minds in engineering, tackling complex technical challenges that shape the future of defense and aerospace. Whether it's designing real-time embedded software, developing advanced signal processing algorithms, or integrating mission-critical systems, you'll help deliver the technology that defines modern electronic warfare and situational awareness. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Software Engineer, you'll join a multi-disciplinary team where you'll: Design, develop, and test software for advanced defense and space systems. Contribute to full lifecycle engineering-from coding and debugging to integration and system testing. Collaborate with system, hardware, and test engineers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Support field demonstrations, software installations, and system-level testing. Gain exposure to advanced technologies and tools while building the foundation for a long-term engineering career.
