Requirements

• Must be between 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in IT or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-depth classes covering various IT topics including Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management Support.
• Engage in internships that provide real-world experience and skill application.
• Develop professional business and communication skills, including resume building and networking.
• Receive ongoing support and guidance throughout the program to aid in career launch.
