Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Recent graduate or up to 1+ years of experience in civil engineering.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other engineering software.
Strong communication skills, ability to think critically and solve problems, and a willingness to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for a variety of site development projects.
Perform site grading, drainage, and utility design under the guidance of senior engineers.
Participate in preparing permit applications and regulatory submissions.
Conduct field investigations and collect site data to support project designs.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other tools to create detailed plans.
Gain exposure to permitting processes at the local, state, and federal levels.
Support project engineers and managers in client communications.
Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including training sessions and workshops.
