Requirements

• No sign industry experience required – we will train the right candidate
• Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and light power equipment
• Mechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and building things
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (this is a labor-intensive role)
• Reliable, willing to learn, and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure while producing high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production tasks including cutting, assembling, cleaning, laminating, and preparing sign materials
• Follow layouts and work orders to apply vinyl or printed graphics to various substrates
• Help operate and maintain shop equipment such as printers, laminators, saws, and basic power tools
• Support installation projects as needed (on-site training provided)
• Use hand tools and saws safely and confidently for basic fabrication and assembly work
• Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and storage area
• Assist team members as needed to keep projects moving on schedule
