About The Position

Control Systems is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Service Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who want to break into B2B sales and learn the fire and life safety industry from the ground up. In this role, you’ll spend your days building relationships in your territory, introducing our service offerings to local businesses, and learning how our solutions help keep buildings and people safe. No industry experience is required—we will train you.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate or 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable talking to people and initiating conversations
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to spend time in the field
  • Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales career
  • Interest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach
  • Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire/life safety service solutions
  • Prepare pricing proposals with support from senior team members
  • Assist with upselling and expanding service programs for existing customers
  • Participate in seminars, demonstrations, trade shows, and community events to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding
  • Represent CSI professionally in the field, helping drive visibility and brand awareness
